LSGs of Montenegro are Starting the BFC SEE Certification Process

On December 11, the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro organized training for the certification of cities and municipalities with a favourable business environment, according to the latest IV edition of the international BFC SEE standard, with a total of 7 municipalities and cities attending the training.

After the welcoming speech of the vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, Nikola Vujović, a presentation was held by the head of the unit for BFC SEE from NALED, Marko Marić, who spoke about the implementation of the certification process, the role of local self-government, and NALED and its past results.

Jovica Damnjanović, an expert consultant on the BFC SEE Program, spoke about the certification processes and criteria, and presented the training participants with the most common challenges in that process, as well as novelties regarding the methodology that municipalities expect within the new certification cycle.
