Round table with BFC SEE municipalities on development partnerships

The final event on the project "Partners for Local Economic Development: Development partnerships with the private sector in BFC SEE municipalities" was held on 17th October in Belgrade.

Round table "Creating environment for development partnerships in BFC SEE municipalities" gathered over 40 representatives of BFC SEE municipalities, Technical Secretariats and GIZ ORF MMS.

Aim of the round table was to introduce to certified municipalities a new BFC SEE network mechanism for development partnerships, to reach an understanding of the role and benefits of certified municipalities in development partnerships with the private sector and to ensure the commitment of municipalities to further promote and create an environment for the development of public-private partnerships. 

Participants had the opportunity to hear more about developed projects and develoPPP.de successful stories in the past two years as well as key results achieved during the project duration - BFC SEE network developed 11 develoPPP.de project applications in BiH, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia with a total value of projects over 8 million EUR.
