BFC SEE Workshop for municipalities in Serbia

Two-day workshop for municipalities was held on the 30th and 31st of March in Belgrade, entitled "How to reach the standards of regional BFC SEE certification". Representatives of three municipalities in Serbia - Subotica, Sombor and Paraćin, had the opportunity to get acquainted with the international III edition of BFC SEE standard, during the certification process, the benefits it provides, as well as the criteria and sub-criteria according to BFC SEE standard that must be met, to be certified.

The aim of the workshop is to get acquainted with their tasks and responsibilities in the process, as well as to master the management of the established BFC SEE software for digital implementation in the certification process, which enables more efficient implementation of the certification process.

A favourable business environment in Southeast Europe is a program that is one of the most important instruments that enables economic development in local governments.

The lecturers at the two-day workshop were Jovica Damnjanović, a long-term consultant at NALED, and Marko Marić, BFC SEE program manager.
